  1. My name is Rubyroy varghese, from the southern part of Kerala.I would like to plant churches among migrant workers. How should I go about it?

    • Hi Rubyroy,

You pose an excellent question. In order to plant viable churches among migrant workers in your country I would suggest the following:
      1. Spend much time with Mirgrant workers, perhaps to the point of you gettinng a job and working among them. Explore their world: values, aspirations, world-view, time.
      2. Begin to pray for individual mirgant workers that you get to know personally
      3. Search for two male migrant workers who are open to explore Christianity. Invite them to become a part of a life transformational group (spiritual breathing: Inhale – Bible content daily, Exhale – how you have lived last week (temptation, finances, anger, satisfaction, etc). Add a fourth memeber to the group after several weeks. After a total of six months, divide the group into two groups of two and begin all over again.
      4. Resist the temptation to start a service. Disciple first, meet in church services after you have discipled ten people.

      Does this make sense?

  2. Thank you for having the time to discuss this topic. I truly appreciate it. I
